In terms of direct or indirect links to third party websites that are outside our scope of responsibility, liability would only come into effect in the event that we become aware of the content and it would be technically possible and appropriate to prevent its use in the case of unlawful content. This disclaimer also applies to links and references by questioners, blog writers, guests of the discussion forum within our own website “domain name”. The service provider of the linked website alone is liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and particularly for damage caused by the use or non-use of information provided as such, and not the company that merely refers via links to the respective publication. We will immediately remove the external links when we become aware of any infringements.
